  2. Check your email.  If you can’t see it, check your spam folder. 
  3. Download the documents using the link in the email.  And then follow the instructions in the first instructions document.

Please note that after purchasing this Error Correction Service, you have a maximum of 30 days in which to complete and submit the writing task to us. We will then correct your writing and send you the feedback within 72 hours of us receiving your writing.

The service expires after 30 days, so if you submit writing after this point, please be aware that it will not be marked, and no refund will be given.
